Paul Katz
Founder & CEO
Two-time Grammy nominee, 20+ years senior executive at Jive/ Zomba and qualified lawyer. His holds executive expertise in music publishing, production music libraries, composer agencies and record companies (Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Outkast, Linkin Park, P!nk). Within his career in music, he headed up Zomba Films and executive produced TV/documentaries. Paul lives in New York City with his family.
Andrew Feinberg
Manager, Music Services
Andrew oversees a broad range of projects on a daily basis and works closely with each of our partners. A native of LA County, Andrew is based in NYC where he is an active musician, performing both in bands and as an accompanist.
Holly MacDonald
Director, Research
Holly brings her expertise in research and strategy with 10 years experience working within and alongside the music industry. Prior to working with partners in film and TV, her experience spanned artist management, video production, and festival curation. Holly resides in Brooklyn, NY.
Taylor Wilson
Coordinator, Music Services
Taylor holds a B.S. in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University. She has supported a number of marketing, research, and outreach efforts throughout her time on the team. Taylor currently resides in New Jersey.
Emma Hoffman
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Emma graduated from New York University in 2018 with a B.S. in Media, Culture, and Communication. Emma is from Portland, Oregon and Albuquerque, New Mexico. She currently resides in New York City.
